Accounting Employee (w/m/d)

Office: Cologne
Full-time, 40 hrs/week

Your responsibilities

You will enrich our team in the following ways:

  • Creation and management of personnel files and master data maintenance
  • Preparation of payroll, close cooperation with the accounting department (tax consultant)
  • Management of holiday accounts
  • Monitoring and compliance with deadlines
  • Any necessary administrative tasks for personnel
  • Other administrative tasks and correspondence during everyday business

What you need to bring with you

  • Completed commercial training
  • Organizational skills and a structured, careful, and diligent work approach
  • Service-oriented manner
  • Personally, your most convincing attributes should be teamwork skills, diligence, reliability, and readiness for action
  • High integrity, discretion, and absolute reliability paired with a charismatic manner
  • Ability to self-organize and plan ahead
  • Routine tasks with MS Office suite
