With the acquisition of the managed security services specialist SOLIT SYSTEMS, the FERNAO group gains a strong expansion of its product portfolio in the area of managed security services. With the acquisition, the FERNAO group now has over 500 employees at 18 locations in Germany, Switzerland and China. The fast-growing managed security turnover of the FERNAO group of companies is thus over EUR 25 million.
SOLIT SYSTEMS GmbH is an IT service company specializing in IT security, data protection and compliance, which has bundled its extensive experience in market-driven and innovative managed security services. The target group ranges from medium-sized companies to large companies. With the purchase of SOLIT SYSTEMS, the FERNAO secures another competitive advantage in the IT security branch. Within the next few weeks, the employees of SOLIT SYSTEMS will be integrated into FERNAO at the level of the FERNAO subsidiary magellan netzwerke and the long-time managing director Sandro Littke-Wilcken will form the dual leadership of the Cyber Defense & Operation Center together with Christian Kachel.
