Somnitec AG positions itself in the fast-growing business segment “modern workplace” by acquiring tecITec AG based in Winkel (Zurich) in February 2022.
Cologne, April 11th, 2022 – In 2020 Somnitec AG realigned its focus on three fast-growing areas of operations: cloud platforms, application & business process management and modern workplace. With the acquisition of tecITec AG, Somnitec can now offer broader end user solutions and employs 72 people.
tecITec AG specializes in the automated provision and management of high-quality workplace surroundings. It focuses on SME companies and is perfectly complemented by the Microsoft 365 portfolio. The balance of security requirements and usability, combined with a high degree of standardization, offers customers an outstanding user experience.
