Microsoft Cloud & Collaboration specialist BVKontent becomes part of FERNAO

With the acquisition of BVKontent, the FERNAO Group is strengthening itself in the fast-growing Cloud Platform & Business Applications business segment. While in the first phase of the pandemic we focused on strengthening organic earnings power, with the acquisition of BVKontent we are consistently continuing the buy-and-build strategy we have been pursuing since 2016. The transaction brings the number of Addon acquisitions to 13, and the FERNAO group of companies now employs around 600 people at 20 locations in Germany, Switzerland, Canada and China.
BVKontent specialises in solving challenging tasks in the area of Microsoft Cloud and collaboration applications, in particular SharePoint, Microsoft365 and the Power Platform. In addition to consulting and implementation expertise, BVKontent supports Microsoft-related software development, as well as the operation of the environments. BVKontent's portfolio includes well-known corporate clients from the finance, insurance and chemical industries as well as public sector clients.

As part of the transaction, the previous authorised signatories of BVKontent Hans Kredewahn and Robert Bloniarz will take over the management. The previous managing director and co-founder of BVKontent Robert Vossen is leaving the company.
