FERNAO Networks expands its service portfolio with the purchase of the business continuity and crisis management specialists IUGITAS.
Cologne, February 1st, 2022 – By purchasing IUGITAS, the Fernao Group is expanding its portfolio with important consulting expertise in the field of business resilience. IUGITAS, based in Cologne, and its subsidiary Protereon, based in London, are specialists in organisational consulting for and in crisis situations. The focus is particular on operational crisis management, the optimization of crisis communication and the establishment of certifiable business continuity management and crisis management systems.
The business resilience experts at IUGITAS will now form part of FERNAO Information Security Consulting and Testing business unit. In this way, the partnership collaboration that already existed with the FERNAO subsidiary in this growing consulting field is further expanded under the FERNAO roof.
