Your responsibilities
You will enrich our team in the following ways:
- Support potential customers with planning and configuration and determine their needs
- Install the latest IT systems for customers, update their IT systems, analyze fault conditions and provide general IT support
- Provide training to customers in the latest technologies
What you need to bring with you
Our team is looking for:
- Vocational training or a technical college diploma
- Experience in technical service and IT system operation
- Structured working approach
- Service-oriented disposition and teamwork skills
